  • It is important for you to keep and stay yourself clean all the time. Nowadays, personal hygiene serves as the basis of decency in the society. With sex and romance, Intimate hygiene is extremely essential in the life of a person. Here’s what every man needs to know about keeping the penis clean:

    1. Tip of the Penis - The foreskin covers the glans. If you do not wash correctly, a white substance gathers, called smegma can be found in your penis. Smegma is a combination of dead cells, skin oils and moisture, and bacteria often thrive in this dark, moist and closed space. So, pull the foreskin back as far as it would go and start washing this area with lukewarm water. Be careful to wash both the glans and inside the foreskin, the part that is not normally exposed.

    Acting Out Porn

  • Most guys like looking at porn.  There is nothing wrong with this.  The problem is when they watch something on film and try to do it.  You soon realize that you can't do it.  Do you remember the first time you saw someone on television attempt a stunt on a bike and you tried to do it?  You fell on your ass and ran home to cry to your mother.

You might not cry to your mother when you can't perform a sex act, unless you are in some weird incest cult, but its all the same. I wonder how many people really get to spray spunk into their partners face, or get to slap there dick on there arse. Is porn really comparable to REAL sex?!?!?

You can't expect yourself to be able to do the things they do.  They are pros at it.  I know that sounds funny, sometimes I wish I was a pro at having sex.  That is what they are though.  That is why they get paid the big bucks to show it all for the camera.

    What Women Love in Men

  • This is one of those eternal questions men ask themselves in the, usually, vain attempt to understand women. However, the answer is most of the time simple and plain to see. Women love in men a series of physical traits that are largely common and determined at genetic level and also certain features that vary from one person to another.

The physical side is rather simple since physical beauty is hard-coded in our genes. The tall, handsome man with a deep voice and a style that is practically oozing virility is guaranteed to be a hit with most women. His physical side is good. However, if he says something stupid every time he opens his trap, then it’s quite clear he would have to make do with women who either do not notice or do not care.

    Male Insecurity and Jealousy

  • So, you finally got the girl of your dreams. She's fine-looking and sexy. She's definitely a catch! Every time you go out, other guys are checking her out. So, you hold her closer, have a protective arm around her, and cast steely "Don't you mess with my girlfriend" stares at the other guys. You closely watch her every move and feel a pang of jealousy and insecurity, even at times when it is not the least bit warranted. You constantly call her up to check up on her or count the seconds before she answers your call. You've been too paranoid too many times whenever she says she's out with her girl friends or co-workers, or if she's meeting up with a high school sweetheart or an ex-flame. You instantly erupt in jealous rage at the mention of past loves.

You feel trapped by your insecurity and direct your energy to over protectiveness and jealousy instead. So, you try to buy her time and attention by overwhelming her with the prettiest flowers, wonderful gifts, expensive dinners, and luxurious holidays. You want to control and have the upper hand in the relationship. You utilize the possess-and-isolate tactic on her. You always make excuses for her to be always with you, or to be available at your beck and call. Her girl friends are exasperated with you and upset at how possessive you are.

So where does all this insecurity and jealousy spring from? You may have bad experiences before regarding relationships and loyalty, and you ensure that it doesn't ever happen again. In turn, you intensely guarantee that you are the sole object of her desire.

Male insecurity has also been known to directly correlate with a deficiency in the size of the male member. Many men are bothered that they are not big enough or they're not gonna please their ladies with their current size. This probably explains the thriving and often lucrative business that is penis enlargement.

Another reason may be about money or resources. Many guys feel disdain, oftentimes envy, towards other men who are better off than themselves. With more money, you could probably spend lavish gifts for your girl; and with more presents, you think you make yourself highly desirable and attractive.

Men, just like women, also need to be liked. They want to be respected, adored, and esteemed. They want to be feel important and special to someone. They want to be loved and needed.

So, how would you rein in your insecurity and keep your jealousy in check? Take time to do a self-assessment. Improve your looks and learn new things. Go to the gym, join sports club, or enroll in short courses like foreign languages, arts, or even acting. More importantly, is the measure of trust and loyalty that you and your girl have for each other. Don't let your insecurities cloud your judgment and ruin your relationships. Treat her with respect as much as you would want her to do the same for you.

    Male Infertility

  • There are some couples who just can’t get pregnant after many attempts within the span of one year. When the problem is identified to be with the man, it is referred to as male infertility. According to statistics, male infertility accounts for a third of reported infertility cases.

A man is diagnosed to have male infertility when there is a problem with his ejaculation or his sperm count. Ejaculation is when semen is released through the penis during orgasm. When the man can't properly release semen to get the woman pregnant, he can be suffering from: erectile dysfunctions, premature ejaculation, retrograde ejaculation (wherein the semen is pushed back into the bladder), or complications from surgery or radiation therapy.

A low sperm count (or no sperm at all) may be caused by severe mumps infection, hormonal disorder, hereditary factors, or infections. It can also be triggered by wearing tight or restrictive underwear, excessive use of tobacco, alcohol or illegal drugs, and exposure to radiation or poisonous chemicals.

A man's sperm may also be "abnormal," which is said to be malformed and has a short life span. Thus, the sperm couldn't "swim" correctly. This is brought on by abnormal development or inflammation of the testicles and swollen veins in the scrotum. This condition heats the inside of the scrotum and may critically affect the sperm production.

If you have concerns regarding male infertility, you should see a doctor immediately, especially if you tried getting pregnant for already a year. A physical examination may pinpoint the exact or underlying problems that may be causing the infertility and treat them early on. The examination would take into account your medical history, a culture of fluid from the penis, a blood test (to check for hormone problems or infections), and a semen analysis (to check the number and quality of sperm). More testing may be necessary, depending on the results.

You may be wondering if male infertility may be treated. Of course, it can be. In fact, more than 50 percent of male infertility cases can be remedied. Treatment by conventional methods may help the couple get pregnant through normal sexual intercourse. There are medications, antibiotics, and hormones that a man can take to help in sperm production, get rid of infection, or aid in hormonal imbalance. Also, you can try wearing loose clothing like boxers or avoiding hot tubs, saunas, and long hot showers.

Other treatments are also available, though these may be invasive or too expensive. This includes in vitro fertilization, artificial insemination, and use of sperm donor. In vitro fertilization involves the fertilization of the couple’s sperm and egg in a laboratory and placing the fertilized egg inside the female’s uterus. Artificial insemination, on the other hand, involves the collection of sperm and manually placing it inside the fallopian tubes or the female uterus to facilitate conception. A donor sperm can instead be acquired if there is no sperm production at all or there are other functional problems with the man’s sperm.

Generally, male infertility caused by an illness or genetic problems cannot be prevented. Although, there are different ways and means that you can do to reduce the chances of having infertility problems. One way is to avoid drugs, alcohol, and other poisonous substances. Live a healthy lifestyle and practice good hygiene.

Premature Ejaculation: More Than Just Embarrassment

  • About 70% of sexually active men would have suffered an episode of premature ejaculation sometime or the other in their lives. While a one off PE episode is not worrisome, the problem takes on larger proportions when it occurs almost every time.

PE (Premature Ejaculation) is defined as ejaculation that happens right before, during or immediately after vaginal entry.

PE can exist from childhood itself and is categorized as primary type PE. On the other hand, when the problem develops during adulthood, it is known as secondary PE.

While PE is no doubt very embarrassing, it also leads to low self-esteem, sexual frustration and even break-up of a relationship. Anxiety about performance adds to the problem since men who worry about PE, often tend to ejaculate too soon. Anxiety about a small penis size and unrealistic comparison with peer’s can also lead to PE.

If one is unable to maintain an erection long enough, the chances of premature ejaculation also increase drastically. The relationship between PE and erectile dysfunction is therefore an obvious one.

You need not suffer from premature ejaculation for life. The problem is treatable and you can enjoy a full and satisfying life once more. There are medical treatments here that should be taken only under the supervision of a doctor since they come with their share of side effects. Jelqing and Kegels are known to help too. The start-stop and stop-squeeze methods are also said to be effective. However, sadly none of these treatments are permanent. PE is more of a psychological problem than a physical one. Therefore, the cure must also involve a metal boost.

Interestingly, it has been observed that increasing a person’s ability to maintain an erection does help prevent the occurrence of PE. The theory behind this science states that PE occurs mostly due to low sexual self esteem. Men who suffer from ED often tend to suffer from depression also and feel worthless in bed. This feeling contributes to enhancing episodes of PE. Being able to maintain a strong and long lasting erection gives men confidence to perform thus enable them to avoid PE episodes.

In short improving erectile function will help in lowering premature ejaculation instances too. So you need to consider methods to increase blood supply to the penis, if you are suffering from frequent episodes of PE. Increased blood supply will help in the bettering the erection quality, which in turn will help in increasing self esteem in bed and thereby cure PE.

    Shaving Your Penis

By: Rigs Luthor On: 1:32 PM

  • Things, thoughts and attitudes that had seemed strange a while ago turned out to be very popular in today’s world. Take for instance the new trend of shaving pubic hair. Not many people know that this trend was launched by the Japanese porn industry. Since the law said that the display of pubic hair in a magazine or movie was illegal, models were shown with shaved pubic areas. From Japan, the trend spread to American and European women and, more recently, to men.

It should be mentioned that shaving is quite a good option for any man who is involved in penis enlargement. First of all, getting rid of all that hair makes the penis stand out better than before and, second, there’s no more annoying hair to get in the way when performing your exercises. Think about it: just trim your bush a little and suddenly acquiring the elusive firm grip on the penis shaft is much easier. And there’s no more risk of pulling hairs, which we all know how unpleasant it can be.
